**What You’ll Be Doing**

As our Clinic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving sales and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:

- Overseeing daily clinic operations to ensure service quality and operational efficiency
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of clinic assistants and therapists
- Managing client consultations, appointments, and feedback with discretion and professionalism
- Ensuring compliance with medical regulations, SOPs, and clinic protocols
- Handling administrative functions such as staffing, scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking
- Collaborating on marketing and sales strategies to support business growth and client retention

**What We’re Looking For**
- A Certificate or Diploma in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, or a related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of proven experience in the aesthetics, skincare, beauty, or luxury service industry
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, facial treatments, and aesthetic procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills, with a natural ability to consult and advise clients professionally
- Strong team leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Proficiency in English and conversational Mandarin (to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends

Attractive base salary plus commission based on sales targets achieved.
