This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As the **Head of Cybersecurity Respond**, you will lead two teams responsible for Forensics and eDiscovery, and Incident Response activities.

**Areas of Responsibilities**:

- You will oversee the strategic direction and management of the Cybersecurity Respond function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- You will lead and mentor two managers, each responsible for their respective teams in Forensics and eDiscovery, and Incident Response.
- You will participate in critical taskforces, providing expert guidance and reporting directly to the CIO and Management Board.
- You will ensure the development and implementation of robust cybersecurity strategies and processes.
- You will provide high-level oversight and support for major forensic investigations and incident response activities.
- You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the teams.You will manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Legal, Data Privacy, HR, and other IT departments, to ensure business proximity and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Computer Forensics, or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT-related fields, with significant experience in cybersecurity and/or IT-infrastructure.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with direct visibility to C-level executives and senior management.
- Experience managing and leading multicultural teams effectively, multi-region experience (Asia, Europe, North America) strongly preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare industry strongly preferred.
