Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary cybersecurity leader to oversee the delivery and growth of our client's cybersecurity services. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, operational excellence, client engagement, and people management , ensuring our clients are protected against evolving cyber threats while driving business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for cybersecurity services, covering IAM, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Security Tools Management, Projects Advisory, and GRC.
  • Align services with industry frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, MAS TRM, and Cyber Trust Marks .
  • Monitor emerging threats and adjust services to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify new service opportunities and revenue growth strategies.
  • Drive innovation and differentiate services through adoption of AI, zero-trust, and cloud-native security technologies .

Service Line Ownership

  • Manage the entire cybersecurity services portfolio, including managed services, consulting, advisory, and solutions.
  • Ensure service quality, scalability, profitability, and cost efficiency.
  • Lead development of new offerings to meet evolving client needs.

Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of cybersecurity services to ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
  • Implement and maintain governance, risk management, and compliance practices.
  • Manage incident escalation, readiness, and crisis communication when required.

Business Development

  • Partner with sales and account management teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on cybersecurity strategy and solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, client executive meetings, and regulatory engagements.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Conduct regular review meetings to share updates, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities.

People & Culture

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing cybersecurity team (analysts, engineers, consultants, architects).
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning .
  • Develop succession plans and ensure a strong talent pipeline for critical cybersecurity roles.

Key Competencies

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of operational excellence and process orientation.
  • Ability to lead and influence across cross-functional teams.
  • Resilience under pressure, particularly during incidents or audits.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of IT experience , with at least 8+ years in cybersecurity leadership roles .
  • Demonstrated success in managing cybersecurity services in enterprise or service provider environments.
  • Strong knowledge of security technologies (SIEM, IAM, DLP, EDR, Cloud Security, GRC).
  • Experience aligning security with business objectives and influencing senior stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications

  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC (governance and risk management focus).
  • CCSP, CCSK (cloud security focus).
  • SANS/GIAC or equivalent certifications for advanced technical credibility
