To improve population health, Actxa establishes worldwide partnerships and research collaborations to develop critical preventive health models to help people avert chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension.

We are searching for our next team members to join our growing team.

**Actxa** is hiring for **Technical Sales Support Engineer**
- Internal Code: AC132_
- Work closely with sales team and development team to provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support to clients.
- Understand business and technical environment and support clients during integration.
- Prepare and conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations.
- Build and maintain long and lasting relationships with clients.
- Develop technical manuals, product and service specification, requirement and technical documentations.
- Spot sales opportunities independently and work closely with sales

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 to 4 years in technical sales and support from industries like, digital healthcare, medical devices, software/cloud services, information technology, or similar industries.
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
- Keen interest in digital healthcare, AI in healthcare, preventive health and wellness, and sports science domains.
- Have the ability to problem-solve and can be very resourceful.
- Passionate in learning and working with new technologies.
- A natural tenacity, resilience and determination.
