**
Evolve Build and Launch program** and tooling to support new infrastructure launches including GPU, AZ3+, Capacity expansion, and other form factors
- ** Successfully manage new cloud region launches**, capacity expansion, and other form factors for customers through the Build and Launch process.
- Be the **voice of the customer** (1P, 3P) to influence priorities, future infrastructure investments and changes to plan of record.
- **Manage outbound engagements** with Field and Customers to execute on infrastructure Plan of Record.

**Responsibilities**:

- People management of an established team geographically dispersed across APAC
- Program managing build and launch activities for new cloud region launches.
- Representing customers through analysis of regional customer demand, supply inputs and variances to support long-term decisions.
- Coordinating and driving infrastructure decisions and communications in a professional and timely manner.
- Identifying data needs, collecting required data, and providing analysis to expedite decision making.
- Coordinating with finance on financial analysis and decision alignment.
- Understanding and clarifying key constraints to deploying new regions in a timely manner.
- Communicating and getting alignment on long term infrastructure decisions at the VP/CVP level.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years’ experience in cross functional program management, especially in strategy, planning and decision-making environment.
- 5+ years’ experience in data and analysis for decision making.
- 5+ years demonstrated experience leading and managing a business-critical function
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Design, Software Engineering, OR a related field, OR equivalent alternative education, skills, AND/OR practical experience is required.
- Ability to communicate and present complex analysis at executive levels for alignment and decision making.

Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ year program management experience driving mission critical cross functional infrastructure projects with end-to-end dependencies.
- Experience in planning cloud specific infrastructure.
- Experience managing commercial / public workload migration and digital transformations.
