Sales Manager B2B

The B2B Sales Manager will manage all aspects of the B2B Department which include leading all sales and project management teams in overall sales, design, project coordination and delivery, and after-sales service. This includes prospecting, acquiring and developing sales pipeline, guiding teams to provide solutions, while actively managing overall department budgets, inventory and maximizing financial goals such as revenue and profitability. We are looking for someone with a flair in identifying partnerships and an effective negotiator. The Manager is both an excellent individual contributor in providing value-add and service while maintaining utmost professional integrity, as well as a life coach that enjoys imparting knowledge and experience to a team of avid learners.
**Responsibilities**:
Sales Management
- Responsible for strategically growing all group segments or accounts by creating the strategic plan, and supporting the team with large complex business opportunities and significant revenue potential.
- Lead team and develop planning visits guidelines with professional proposals and present overall vision of service and products that would cater to client’s needs.
- Constantly explore, implement and develop new ideas to increase revenue for the department to maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Ensure team’s effectiveness in generating and maintaining sales pipeline through coaching and regular check-ins.
- Responsible for overseeing Monthly Revenue Forecasting and Expenses for department 30 - 120 days out.
- Where necessary, help the team to drive the entire sales process and close the deal: prioritize and target top accounts, identify solutions, negotiate product pricing and contracts, close the sale.
- Ability to manage & guide team members when faced with questions or challenges on upselling, pricing, budget concerns.
- Responsible for ensuring the team is well-trained with product and sales knowledge, & SOP creation and development of new team members.
- Create pricing guidelines for sales and production team
- Maintain development and research - current trends, traditional expectations and market expectations
- Respond to VIP guest/client needs in a timely manner
- Brainstorm with Marketing on events and campaigns to drive leads generation
- Guide, coach, counsel, develop, and inspire direct reports in a way that inspires initiative and teamwork
Project Management
- Oversee Project Executive and troubleshoot where relevant - to work closely with internal and external departments to coordinate and deliver projects on time.
- Ensure that the team is producing accurate and timely enquiries and project execution
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Responsible for all quality control - products and service
- Promote and foster a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and team member morale for all departments involved
- Ensure healthy collection of balance payment according to contract terms
- Participates in the creation of the Annual Operating Budget and Business Plan for the department
- Great Understanding of financials, attends, and can understand and analyze P&L
**_Job requirements _**
- 5 - 10 years of B2B sales experience is preferred
- Possesses a robust database and list of clients in the furniture industry
- Proven track record in sales generation, account management and in customer service skills
- Past experience in preparing, meeting, and exceeding annual budgets
- Knowledge on space planning, furniture, material and design will be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong ability to lead a team
- Strong ability to collaborate with multiple departments
- Possess energy, integrity, great personality, and a positive attitude
- Great personality and excellent communication and IT fluency
- Creative and possesses the ability to solve tough problems
