**Team Overview**

The role of the Global Demand Center is to develop end-to-end marketing programs that deliver demand to the business. The Global Demand Center teams collaborate with the CMSO teams to identify demand objectives, the Field Marketing teams to validate the demand routes and tactics, and business management teams to determine financial resources to create programs that deliver on the business’s demand needs.

**The Role**

Regional Hub: Integrated Media Specialist

Manage paid media investment to achieve business goals. Specific accountabilities include:

- SPOC for media agency interaction
- Submits regionally adapted media brief to the media agency and ensures media plan answers the brief
- Communicates dates the agency needs all campaign materials, content, TAL, etc in order to go live
- Ensures Msights compliance including brief, capacity request
- Establishes schedule for delivery of and execution of media plan
- Deliver all necessary elements to the agency to get live: TAL, content,.(when received from other functional groups)
- Provide media plan to shared services to coordinate tele / nurture follow up
- Identify paid media cookie pool and retargeting opportunities
- Set up tests / pilots (paid media)
- Manages agency’s optimizations
- Integrates paid search plans with overall media plans
- Integrates Awareness plans for hub execution for solution areas where applicable
- Establishes monthly “wallows” with IMT to review media activity across all regions for the Solution Area (Paid media MBR)
- Drives consistency and standardization with Regional Hub Coordinators and Channels Experts
- Manages changes to paid media plans (with the agency) based on Regional Lead / IDT Program Lead / IMT direction

**Experience & Key skills**
- Minimum 3 years of B2B or B2C digital, high-tech marketing experience
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills

**Education and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
