**What the role is**
- As a Sr Executive / Executive for Billing and Collection Department, you play a crucial role in managing the account receivable functions and ensuring compliance to financial policies and guidelines.

**What you will be working on**
- You are responsible for providing support in the following areas: - Ensure timely recording of payments to customer accounts. - Handle queries on billing and collection matters. - Process adjustments/refunds to customer promptly and in accordance to the JTC’s financial guidelines. - Review and follow up on balance sheet schedules, customer’s accounts and reports. - Support system enhancements and incidents including system testing and monitoring. Besides the above, you may also be assigned other ad-hoc initiatives as and when required.
