Team Introduction
The global revenue management team is responsible for all management, approval and analysis related to revenue and responsible for the revenue contract review of the company's overall business lines, managing global revenue financial systems, and ensuring that ByteDance revenue data management processes are in compliance with GAAP requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Cooperate with business partners, provide professional financial judgement and support for new scenarios or special activities.
2. Collaborate with headquarters and finance teams to ensure business and finance process compliance.
3. Actively promote the optimization and construction of the business and finance system.
4. Responsible for reviewing contracts, funds&refunds and invoices, and continuously supporting monthly accounts closing work.
5. Identify, overview and report risks in daily work, and proactively engage in following up solutions.
6. Analysis of business arrears and recognition of revenue anomalies based on business or accounting data.
7. Accomplishing other work arranged by the leader.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance or relevant majors.
2. Working experience within finance and revenue accounting or management.
3. Possess good professional skills and proper judgement with strong logical thinking and communication skills.
4. Passionate about work, have a strong sense of responsibility coupled with good teamwork spirit.
**Preferred Qualification**:
5. Revenue related experience in large internet companies or in the LIVE or e-commerce industry will be preferred.
