Singapore CHANGI TRAVEL SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Case Management**:

- Effectively log and manage customer feedbacks submitted by relevant department into case management
- Follow up with vendors and operation team to address customer feedbacks
- Follow up with Refund team to ensure waiver/ refund request are address in a timing manger
- Prepare monthly reports on case management and recommendation to management team

**Quality Control & Control Fulfilment**:

- Conduct regular stock takes, and ensure QC are perform daily
- Liaise with overseas vendors and suppliers on repairs and replacement of devices
- To replace battery related issues and perform QC before releasing for fulfilment
- Liaise with relevant internal & external departments to coordinate fulfilment

**Manpower Management**:

- Liaise with HR on Job posting to recruit Part-timers for operations team
- Scheduling of Part-timer roster
- Submission of timesheet to HR

**Vendors/ Supplier Management**:

- Liaise with supplier to on device repair and maintenance
- Check data usage base on customer feedbacks with vendors

**Requirements**:

- Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills and is meticulous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Independent and a team player who can work with mínimal supervision
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to liasie with Native, Mandarin clients and associates.
