Housekeeping Assistant Manager

Responsibilities**:
- The housekeeping Supervisor/Assistant Manager will be tasked to manage and lead the room attendants and public area teams.
- Responsible for all correspondence with clients, vendors, and housekeeping staffs.
- Manages and executes the day-to-day cleaning operations of the Hotel related to cleaning standards, service issues, labour efficiency, scheduling process, and service delivery.
- Develop and improve department operation KPI’s (cleaning projects, guest room cleaning, guest satisfaction, staff attendance and staff product knowledge).
- Responsible for training and development of the housekeeping team.
- Ensuring all operating equipment are in good working order and, all guest and cleaning supplies are sufficient for the daily operations.
- Maintain effective cost control and inventory for housekeeping which includes staffing, linen inventory, cleaning supplies, contracts and operating equipment.
- Ensure that housekeeping staff follow health & safety protocols.
Job Requirements
- Possesses strong leadership and managerial skills to lead and motivate team members to perform and exceed customers’ expectations and needs.
- Team player with positive attitude
- Detail and service oriented.
- Willingness to perform shifts.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
