1. Operate and manage MBK Healthcare Management (the Company), as a Vice President.

2. Explore and introduce potential opportunities such as M&A and greenfield investment of the Businesses for the Company and the parent company.

3. Advise and assist the parent company in conducting a post-merger integration and value creation of the Businesses acquired by the paent company and in turnaround of the Businesses which are underperforming.

4. Visualize and accumulate the investment/ post-merger integration know-how.

5. Assist the parent company in building and expanding its network and relationship in the healthcare industry.

6. Communicate, coordinate and act as a local contact for and on behalf of the parent company with public and private companies located in the area which the parent company covers in order to maintain good and smooth business relationships with those entities.

[Requirement]

1. Degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or Finance from a recognised university, or Professional Accounting qualification(s)

2. More than 10 years of relevant experience, preferably from an accounting advisory or corporate finance role with knowledge of topics such as merger accounting, business combinations, and group restructuring

3. Background of working in healthcare sector (Recommended)

4. Analytical, strong business acumen and able to thrive in an unstructured environment

5. Technologically savvy, experience with any data analytics software

6. Self-motivated, resourceful, creative, task oriented, a team player/leader with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills

7. Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities, with attention to detail

8. Willing to travel and on short notice
