solutions in an environment of rapidly evolving needs, Vallianz and its associated companies

have a fleet of more than 100 OSVs which comprise anchor handling tugs with supply

capabilities, platform supply vessels, offshore floating storage and supply vessels, submersible

launch barges, maintenance and accommodation vessels, utility support vessels, flat top cargo

barges, accommodation work barges, towing tugs, utility vessels, lift boats, and crew boats.

With our Shipyard in Batam, Indonesia, downstream services such as fabrication and

engineering capabilities, vessel docking, repair and maintenance works are fully dedicated to

supporting our subsidiaries, partners, and clients. This further enhances our value proposition

by broadening the spectrum of our marine services and takes us closer to our core focus on

delivering operational and service excellence.

**Job Purpose**

To handle commercial aspect of dealing with shipyards and clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Commercial Support for all New Building projects and tenders.
- Review and negotiate all quotations from shipyards and vendors.
- Manage budgets for all New Building Projects.
- Monitoring and resolving commercial and contractual issues of a newbuild project.
- Liaising with the site/project team to ensure that the team understand and adhere to

the contractual obligations and commercial impacts.
- Ensuring that all engineering changes that have commercial impacts are captured and

updated.
- Reviewing site instructions and quotations from the shipyard / vendors.
- Liaising with vendors for quotations on equipment for new vessel development.
- Developing effective process flows for site team, project support, and

commercial/finance team.
- Ensuring the correct PR / PO are raised on a timely basis.
- Update weekly commercial report.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience.
- Preferably experienced in dealing with the offshore industries sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Marine related.
