WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Nike is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst, Global Payroll Transformation to join our People Soutions team. The Senior Payroll Analyst analyst will be responsible for identifying/driving improvements in the processes and technology that support our Global Payroll operations. This role will be part of the global payroll team primarily supporting AP/GC on our Workday HCM implementation, payroll vendor strategy, time system implementation, and other optimization projects.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
In this role, you will serve as a functional Workday Global Payroll Subject Matter Expert to drive ongoing process optimization to improve efficiency and control of our payroll operations. You will drive global payroll vendor integration requirements, testing plans and knowledge transfer in support of Nike’s Workday HCM implementation and ongoing operations. You will identify opportunities for enhancements, evaluate functionality delivered in Workday releases to assess business impacts, and lead change management for any updates that are implemented.
You will also help to execute Nike’s payroll vendor strategy across AP/GC, including new vendor implementations as well as improvements to vendor management standards and practices. You will also support other initiatives that impact payroll, such as finance transformation and global time system implementation.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will report to the Global Payroll Transformation Director and will partner closely with the Global Payroll team, Total Rewards, Nike HR Technology, Finance/Accounting and other HR functional areas to ensure holistic delivery of payroll initiatives.
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Bachelors degree with 5+ years of global payroll administration and vendor implementation experience
- Demonstrated experience with Workday HCM implementation at enterprise scale in a multi-national environment with at least 30,000 employees, including experience implementing, testing and supporting Workday PECI integrations with external payroll vendors across multiple countries
- Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating value-added tasks
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills to effectively research and extract relevant data from multiple sources to provide guidance and/or resolve issues
- Proven verbal, written, and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across the organization
- Experience with Time and Attendance systems is a plus.
