Job Responsibilities:

Manage end to end payroll processing for Singapore and other assigned Asia countries.Ensure all instructions comply with company policies and statutory requirements, including fixed and ad-hoc allowance, overtimes payments and reimbursement etc.Ensuring the payroll cycle (main, off-cycle & ad-hoc) are processed, reconciled, audited and transmitted accurately and timely.Collaborate closely with external payroll vendors to ensure smooth, accurate and timely payroll operations.Ensure timely statutory contribution, filing and submission in accordance with local regulations.Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll and employment tax queries.Act as Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) and support regional payroll initiatives and implementation project.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience Minimum of 2 years of hands-on of experience managing payroll in SingaporeMinimum of 2 years of experience working with payroll vendorsStrong knowledge of payroll processes, employment tax and statutory regulationsProven hands-on experience in payroll operations, including vendor managementProficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheetsStrong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
