**Department**

The **COO office** is responsible for all transversal processes within ISAP. Its main assignments include:

- Sourcing Management and Communication (SMC)
- Budget Management and Finance (BMF)
- Sourcing Global Coordination (SGC)
- Security, SLA and BCP management (SSB)
- Operational and Secretarial Support (OSS)
- IT Operations Control (IOC)
- Global Sourcing Procurement (GSP)

**Position**

You will be joining the **Budget Management and Finance (BMF)** team and your main responsibilities are to manage the accounting entries, management reporting and analysis tasks. This includes performing month end closing, preparing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, elaborating budget commentaries & analysis, etc.

**Main responsibilities**
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing, variance analysis and management reporting
- Prepare forecast and annual budget
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents and government authorities where required
- Business partnering with head of department
- Prepare monthly dashboard and analysis report to management and HO
- Preparation of balance sheet schedules
- Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
- Ad-hoc financial reports and projects as assigned

**Qualifications and Profile**
- At least 8 years relevant working experience, prior audit experience will be advantageous
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Functional
- Good working knowledge of IFRS, accounting principle and GST knowledge

Technical
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Professional Skills and Mind-set
- Able to work independently and to alert when necessary
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with different department.
- Team player with good communication
- Rigorous and effective time management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have
- Experience within IT will be advantageous.
- French speaking capability is an advantage
- Experience in banking industry is an advantage.
