**Role Requirements**:

- Prospect, develop and manage the company’s investor base including specialist trade finance funds and specialty finance funds, banks, real money investors interested by cash enhanced investment solutions, family offices, alternative asset managers and distributors. The mission will include investor identification, business development, and commercial and legal negotiation with clients. This is a global role.
- Actively participate to the development of supply chain & working capital finance investissable products suite, including receivable purchase agreements, risk participations, notes, securitization or portfolio based investment vehicle (s) or technologies.
- Contribute actively to the platform marketing and distribution strategy by working very closely with origination, Structuring departments of Sell Side organizations such as Global Market teams, legal firms or distributors
- Work closely with marketing & branding to strategically position Olea with the right target market segments
- Execute sales transactions with institutional investors & grow Olea top line revenues
- Contribute actively to the development of an advanced C.R.M. system and other Investor related tools
- Participate actively to cross departmental work streams to progress the platform's strategic agenda, especially ESG.

**Essential Skills**:

- 2 years + experience in a Financial Markets or Corporate Finance origination or structuring function or similar role
- Experience in Trade Finance or Commodity Finance would be a plus
- Experience in structured transactions including credit assets repackaging vehicles, securitization vehicles & SPV based structures would be a plus
- Analytical or Structuring or Financial Accounting skills
- Strong motivation working in a Venture Capital environment. Entrepreneurial skills.
