We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team.

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing month-end closing, performing reconciliations, and supporting audits.

You will work closely with management to analyze financial data and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee general ledger management, including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Supervise accounts payable/receivable functions to ensure timely processing.
- Prepare and assist with audit and tax filings.
- Provide financial analysis to management and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
