Join us and make impact happen with a career at TikTok. **Team Introduction**: The global revenue management team is responsible for all management, approval and analysis related to revenue and responsible for the revenue contract review of the company's overall business lines, managing global revenue financial systems, and ensuring that Bytedance revenue data management processes are in compliance with GAAP requirements. **Responsibilities**: - Focus on Bytedance's Software as a Service ("SaaS") business line, Lark. - Directly responsible for the OTC processes, which includes ownership of the billing, collections, overdue management and fund allocation. - Partner with the deal desk function to ensure that customers are billed accurately and invoices are paid within their credit terms. - Work directly with customers to ensure that invoices are paid by their due dates. In cases where there are billing disputes, work to resolve these with internal cross-functional teams. - Work closely with the finance business partners to ensure that revenue is accurately recorded and reconciled monthly. - Drive implementation and standardization of internal systems that manage the OTC process to improve Lark's receviables management. - Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging data and analyses to land business insights, align strategies, and scale the business. - Collect and propose system optimization requirements,and promote development and implementation - Data analysis,regular reporting and other AR related work **Qualifications**: - More than 5 years of working experience with OTC processes. SaaS business and Saleforce system experience is preferred. - Experience in developing, streamlining, and executing processes and operations in cross-functional and global organization. - Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with internal teams and external customers. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. - Deep understanding of customer relationships and driving cash collections. - Exhibits sound business judgment and ability to influence others to deliver results.
