We are a leading language centre in Singapore, specializing in primary and secondary English and Chinese language tuition. Our goal is to provide top-notch education to Singapore parents and students through innovative teaching methods and personalized learning experiences.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Design
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to understand market trends, client needs, and business goals.
- Generate innovative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with the company's objectives.
- Presents design ideas and recommendations to business development team, marketing committee, and or sales team.

Content Creation:

- Develop comprehensive marketing communication plans and materials to effectively reach target audiences and drive engagement

Social Media Management:

- Managing all our English and Chinese social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Xiao Hong Shu, Youtube and others.
- Schedule posting of engaging visual and written content to promote our language tuition services to parents and students in Singapore.

Campaign Performance & Feedback:

- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization our brand’s image.
- Campaign Collaboration:
Work closely with business development team to ensure brand consistency and foster
- engagement across all marketing materials.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work on weekends, Poly & University students are welcome
- Commitment of at least 3 months or more
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms, preferably in an educational or similar context.
- Strong design skills with proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and etc).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content including taking photos and videos for social media
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with the Singapore education system and parental expectations is a plus.
