**Responsibilities**:

- Design and customize cloud solutions for customers, ensuring seamless implementation and project delivery.
- Act as the technical bridge between customers and Tencent Cloud’s backend teams, translating customer requirements and industry best practices into actionable solutions.
- Monitor and oversee project implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry standards.
- Participate in online and offline industry workshops, forums, and events to enhance Tencent Cloud’s market influence and brand awareness.
- Provide technical consultation and presales support, collaborating with sales teams to drive customer engagement and cloud adoption.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in public cloud presales and solution architecture.
- Strong technical expertise in cloud computing architectures, with proficiency in virtualization technologies such as KVM, Xen, or LxC.
- Deep understanding of underlying system architectures and the ability to analyze industry-specific business needs and pain points, particularly in gaming or other digital industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese to effectively engage with regional and China-based stakeholders.
