We are looking for a results-driven and motivated Corporate Sales Manager for the management and sales of corporate training programmes for business transformation and change leadership. He/She will be responsible for building and managing local and regional corporate accounts for an assigned range of products. He/She is also responsible for the achievement of sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities, develop pipelines which leads to sales closure and achieve monthly targets. This includes conducting cold-calling and follow-up on leads generated by the Marketing team.

2. Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition.

3. Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product/Academic teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply.

4. Meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets assigned.

5. Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times.

6. Build and maintain client relationship including solving problems for clients and customers, or developing innovative and customised sales solutions.
