**Job Description**:
The VCA Sales Specialist Manager, Managed Services is responsible for implementing Visa’s Commercial Capabilities with a key Commercial Issuer in Singapore. As a natural collaborator, you will develop a network of key cross functional stakeholders including various product teams, sales, client support at Visa and work directly with the client and implementation partners to expand the usage of Visa’s Commercial Capabilities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to excel in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role requires you to:

- Assess client business needs and identify applicable functional capabilities required, helping client add various capabilities to achieve success
- Leverage appropriate Visa assets and resources to provide an exceptional implementation & integration experience to the client
- Develop key focus sectors (e.g. Healthcare, Government, Logistics) with specific value propositions
- Perform go-to-market activities by closely working with product managers, finance, operations, legal, compliance, user experience and external partners as required both at Visa and client’s side
- Support the client to drive new sales opportunities and increase existing usage of Visa’s Commercial Capabilities to meet portfolio growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with internal key stakeholders within Visa as well as with the client

**Qualifications**:

- 8 years’ experience involving product management, presales consulting and/or launching new products (preferably with commercial segments)
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering. Master’s Degree in related fields a plus
- Good balance between strategic thinking and detailed, flawless execution with attention to detail
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Proven experience in program and project management in a matrixed, multi-country, and multi-cultural environment
