- **About the role**

As a Senior Consultant or Manager you will work as part of a team delivering a range of exciting projects for our clients as well as **supporting** in business development and business management activities.
- **Project delivery**
The role will include:
- Planning projects including the detailed activities and timeframes required to deliver upon our commitments to clients;
- Undertaking work activities on particular projects which could include process improvement, project management, organisation design, change management, and stakeholder management activities depending upon the individual project;
- Building and sustaining relationships with clients to ensure that we are fully aware of any changing needs.

**Business development**
The role will include:
- Undertaking analysis of markets and clients to ensure that Management Consulting is best positioned to support clients;
- Developing client proposals with the broader team, setting out our understanding of client needs; providing insights regarding the client situation, and detailing our proposed approach;
- Building and sustaining a network of relationships.
