**Who we are**:

The project has also secured multi-million funding support from top investors in early 2021.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Design visually engaging graphics, infographics, GIFs, and motion graphics tailored for various social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- **Campaign Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs for social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- **Brand Identity**: Ensure all designs adhere to Automata’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional aesthetic across social channels.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with social media trends and adapt designs to resonate with target audiences effectively.
- **Motion Graphics**: Produce high-quality short videos and animations for social media platforms, showcasing Automata’s products and features.
- **Analytics Integration**: Work with the team to analyze content performance and iterate on designs to improve engagement metrics.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with cross-functional teams to support broader marketing efforts, including event promotion, product launches, and community engagement.

- **Creativity**: A strong ability to think creatively and produce fresh, on-trend content that captivates the audience.
- **Social Media Expertise**: Proficiency in designing content specifically optimized for social platforms, understanding dimensions, formats, and audience behavior.
- **Design Tools Proficiency**: Advanced skills in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, or Canva.
- **Motion Graphics and Video Editing**: Experience creating animated graphics and editing videos for social media.
- **Attention to Detail**: A meticulous approach to design to ensure high-quality output.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**Standout Skills**:

- **Web3 Knowledge**: Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the Web3 ecosystem.
- **Copywriting Awareness**: Ability to pair engaging visuals with compelling copy that drives audience interaction.
- **Data-Driven Design**: A basic understanding of analytics tools and how they influence social media content strategy.
- **UX/UI Awareness**: Knowledge of user behavior on digital platforms to create more impactful designs.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 1 year of professional experience in social media design or a related field.
- **Education**: Bachelor's or Technician’s degree in Social Media Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline is preferred.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, including static visuals, motion graphics, and videos tailored for digital platforms.
