- Extensive experience in both Development and Production, as a Producer or Commissioner with an in-depth knowledge of the movie landscape in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in both Filipino and English.
- Experience working with a broad network of creators, producers, production companies, writers and talent.

Our Southeast Asian Original team supports the U.S. based Amazon Studios team with all Originals productions in Southeast Asia (“SEA”). As we seek to find the most outstanding content to please our customers, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic, creative and self-motivated Senior Film Development Executive to support our Movies efforts for the Philippine market. This role will be based in Singapore.

Key job responsibilities
- Support the U.S. based Amazon Studios team in relation the development and production of Philippine Original movies, including providing local oversight of 3rd party partners, and communicating effectively with senior leadership and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with leadership goals and successful execution of local productions.
- Assist international teams to source and analyze submissions based on slate goals, and provide local insights and feedback for senior leadership approval.
- Support the U.S. based Amazon Studios team in relation to all internal film development and production processes such as greenlights, business reviews etc.
- Coordinate and interface with external and internal business partners including but not limited to: marketing, business affairs, legal, PR, creative, production, and post-production teams to ensure all stages of a project’s lifecycle are executed properly.
- Serve as primary liaison between the U.S. based Amazon Studios team and a wide-range of external producers in the Philippines.
