Our Southeast Asian Originals team supports the U.S. based Amazon Studios team with all Originals productions in Southeast Asia (“SEA”). We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, creative and self-motivated Senior Film Development Executive to support our Movies efforts for the Thailand market. This role will be based in Singapore.
Key job responsibilities
- Support the U.S. based Amazon Studios team in relation the development and production of Thai Original movies, including providing local oversight of 3rd party partners, and communicating effectively with senior leadership and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with leadership goals and successful execution of local productions.
- Assist international teams to source and analyze submissions based on slate goals, and provide local insights and feedback for senior leadership approval.
- Support the U.S. based Amazon Studios team in relation to all internal film development and production processes such as greenlights, business reviews etc.
- Coordinate and interface with external and internal business partners including but not limited to: marketing, business affairs, legal, PR, creative, production, and post-production teams to ensure all stages of a project’s lifecycle are executed properly.
- Serve as primary liaison between the U.S. based Amazon Studios team and a wide-range of external producers in Thailand.
