We are now seeking an Associate to join Asia NGT, based in Singapore. S/he will be integrally involved with all aspects of the private equity investment process, including sourcing and performing due diligence, transaction structuring and documentations, implementing value creation initiatives, monitoring and exiting investments, and interacting with firms’ investors, clients and limited partners.

As part of a dedicated team in Asia, s/he will be given significant responsibilities and exposure to immediate contribute, and will interact closely with other KKR businesses such as Private Equity strategy, KKR Credit, the Client and Partner Group, KKR Capstone, and KKR Capital Markets. It is expected that over time, this individual will be able to assume more responsibilities and broader roles within KKR, and Asia NGT team in particular.

**An Associate’s primary responsibilities include**:

- Examine industry trends and identify investment themes
- Originate deal opportunities in line with the investment themes
- Lead in-depth due diligence and financial modeling analyses on new investment opportunities and manage all aspects of the deal execution process
- Draft and present oral and written materials to management and investors
- Participate and lead portfolio management workstreams, actively support company operating and financial initiatives, and oversee value-creation initiatives

**Qualifications**
- 4-8 years of professional experience, in leading investment firms, investment banks or consulting practices. Prior knowledge and/or investment experience in technology companies is considered valuable
- Strong ability in analyzing and structuring investments using sophisticated research, analytical, quantitative and financial modeling/valuation skills
- Fluent Asian language skills will be advantageous but not essential
- Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier institution(s)
