Job Responsibilities General Hygiene and Patient Care Activities Attend to patients’ call bells Assisting patients with elimination needs, includes application of urosheath Apply anti-embolism stockings Prepare patient for physical examination and/or other procedures Change bed linen and patient’s clothing Perform assisted baths Perform perineal skin care Perform last offices Assists with lifting, transferring, positioning and transporting of patients Nutritional Needs Document intake and output Order patients' meals Serve patients' meals and perform oral feeding Remove nasogastric tube (NGT)Assist to feed patient via NGT/ PEG Perform continuous tube feeding Basic handling of continuous feeding pump Admission Procedure Prepare for patient admission Measure patients' height, weight and vital signs for baseline Orientate patient on ward environment and visitor policy Perform initial assessment on patients Inter-Departmental
