**Basic Description**:
Join our passionate sales team at OX-KIDS and be part of shaping the future of children's education and play experiences. As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales manager and team, coordinating sales activities, and contributing to achieving our sales goals. No educational or sales background is required - we value enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude. With a base salary plus commission structure, PR and SC holders can enjoy a competitive base salary of $2500 plus high commission, with comprehensive earnings potentially exceeding $7000+.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the sales manager to maintain customer connections, follow up on potential sales opportunities, schedule meetings and calls, and more.
- Organize and update customer information and sales materials, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of our customer database.
- Assist in creating sales reports, presentation slides, and sales materials that provide clear and accurate information.
- Monitor the progress of sales orders and deliveries, facilitating internal coordination to meet customer requirements.
- Support the processing of sales contracts and documents, ensuring precise execution of contract terms.
- Address customer inquiries promptly, offering timely customer support and service.
- Participate in market research and competitive analysis to provide valuable data for sales strategy and decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in using office software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication and coordination skills, fostering seamless collaboration with team members and customers.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills, adept at multitasking.
- Proactive and solution-focused, thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
- Genuine interest in sales and marketing activities, eager to learn and enhance skills continuously.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
