Operations Liaison Coordinator

An Operations Liaison Coordinator’s responsibilities include helping their organization run smoothly and ensuring that deadlines, plans for events or anything related gets accomplished on time with no issues. You will work in a support role and oversee many administrative tasks as needed.
**Responsibilities:
- Create a variety of ongoing promotional activities to increase revenues.
- Responsible and accountable for the commercial management of a grocery store
- Reconcile monthly operating budgets and share updated financial reports with the senior management team
- Handle company conference and event logistics, including booking rooms, choosing vendors, inviting guests and booking travel arrangements if necessary
- Ensure daily briefing to staff on sales target.
- Provide the training and coaching to the team.
- Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
- Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
- Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
- Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
- Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
- Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
- Preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems;
- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Observing, reviewing and analysing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made identifying and resolving any problems in the operation process.
- Plan and manage the work schedules of team members
- Plan for shop deliveries, lead sales forecasting and reporting
- Develop and establish key channel partners in target areas.
- Managing and growing key customer accounts, and coordinating the management of all other accounts.
- Supervise and assist in loading and unloading of goods (if required)
- Ensure the maintenance of allocated vehicle
- Ensure the security of all goods
- Ensure goods delivered to customers are in their original good condition
- Do quality check for goods receive, reject those defective goods
- Arrange and organize the goods to shelves, if required
- Moves and restructures organization of goods in warehouse to make space for new inventory.
- Assists in cleaning and organizing the store upon closing. Other duties as required
**Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role
Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in business development and operations marketing, or equivalent qualification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and Conflict management
- Possess a valid class 3 driving license
- Good driving record
- Relevant work experience is preferred
- Able/ willing to work on Weekends/ Public holidays is an advantage.
