Bartender and Server

Assist with bartending duties and service including but not limited to:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the bar area, ordering and daily stock take, inventory mgt
- Assist with the daily operations of the bar, mise en place.
- Assist with concocting new and innovative cocktails seasonally
- Liaise with vendors, and suppliers for order supplies and budgets
- Comply with safety and hygiene requirements
- Keeping wastage and spoilage to a minimum
- The job would be 50% bartending, 50% service.

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Concoction, Teamwork, Leadership, Communication Skills, Willing to Learn Attitude, Good Interpersonal Skills, Innovative, Creative
- Good Knowledge of cocktails, liquors, spirits, beer and wine
- Available immediately
- Remuneration will be based on experience
- 5 day work week, 44hrs per week
- Operational hours currently are 3pm - 12midnight
- Transport covered, uniform may be provided if needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
