**Your role**

- We’re looking for someone:
- To be in the Digital Channel Management team overseeing and managing our digital offerings (both internal and client-facing), including managing the related front-to-back processes.
- To address regulatory requirements through collaboration with various control teams and our Agile delivery organization.
- Who has a “can-do” attitude and hands-on in rolling out various digital initiatives.
- With strong collaboration skills to partner with both internal stakeholders and external clients to address their needs and challenges and shape the digital offerings/roadmap.
- Who puts user experience (UX) / user interface (UI), driven by client insights as topmost priority.
- Who aim to create impact by simplifying and digitizing the related front-to-back processes.
- Who can communicate efficiently and provide regular updates to stakeholders and/or clients.
- Who strive to take up the challenge to exceed the Objectives and Key Results (“OKR”) given.
**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Digital Channel Management Team based in Singapore managing digital offerings across GWM APAC.
**Your expertise**
- min. 7-8 years of relevant experience, explicitly digital channel management role or change management role in the banking industry is preferred, with a focus on driving and implementing medium-to-large size transformation within the organization.
- extensive experience in process re-engineering is an advantage, and experience in target operating model design, organizational design, and user experience (UX)/user interface (UI) design.
- proven outstanding stakeholder management and advisory experience and a proven ability to collaborate.
- exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- excellent communication and presentation skills, convincing and trustworthy.
- strong attitude of work ownership, multitasking and delivery capability.
- a role model leader, coach, and mentor for junior employees.
- flexible in undertaking various program/project roles, leading small teams but also work independently.
- broad understanding of banking processes and have a general sense of risk awareness.
- experience in trade execution, asset transfers and corporate actions preferred.
