About the team

As one of the pioneer employees, you will join the global marketing team based in Singapore, and collaborate with a dynamic and decentralised team in across the world on daily basis. The team aspires to bring the product and brand of Bitdeer to global customers as a reliable and trust-worthy mining platform. What you will be responsible for:

- Manage and grow relationships with direct and indirect channel partners
- Explore new channels and ideas for optimisation and acquisition growth
- Drive impactful channel marketing strategies, develop and execute effective channel campaigns to support user growth
- Lead channel initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Drive demand generation campaigns in collaboration with our partners
- Develop and execute clear reports on campaign effectiveness to ensure alignment with our strategies
- Maintain relationships with partners to enhance and scale collaborations
How you will stand out:

- Bachelors degree in marketing
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel marketing, and proven consistent results
- Good track records of managing marketing pipeline generation
- Strong analytical skills, financial and business acumen
- Keen interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency and/or mining
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners
- Excellent communication and strong learning ability
- Professional competency in Chinese, due to frequent interactions with stakeholders
