Reporting to the General Manager, your duties as a Seasports Manager are detailed below:
1. Primary appointee responsible for all Sea Sports related matters of the club, including but not exclusive to:
a. The scheduling, development, design, organisation, promotion, preparation and conduct of all sea sports activities organized by the Club with emphasis on the conduct of training courses. The promotion, organisation and conduct of the Get Kids Afloat programme, Basic Sailing Course, PPCDL and all Squad’s Training.

b. Coordinating Sea Sports and Marina support necessary for the efficient and effective conduct of sea sports.

c. Ensuring the Club’s Programme & Activities and Membership Relations offices are provided with accurate and timely information pertaining to sea sports activities.

d. Establishing, documenting, implementing and enforcing a comprehensive set of procedures, processes and instructions necessary for the effective organisation of sea sports.

f. Preparation of various periodic reports for management’s analyses and decision-making.

g. Liaising with all organisations and agencies that deal in sea sports.
- To assist in the planning, preparation, organisation and conduct of Club’s events, activities and functions.
- To assist the Club’s management in the implementation of policies and decisions made by the Management Committee.

4. You will be deployed to conduct Sea Sports training course for schools and organizations outside the club’s premises as and when required.

5. You will also be assigned to sit on the Sailing Sub-Committee and any other committees that the management assigns.

6. You will also be assigned to oversee all Keelboat related duties for the club.

7. You will also be expected to perform any other suitable duties commensurate with your capability and potential as may be decided by the General Manager.

*Seasports and Sailing experience preferred.

*Must be willing to work during weekends/Public Holiday.

*Must be willing to travel to HQ at Sembawang if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
