**Customer Service**
- Process money transfer orders and foreign exchange with speed, accuracy, and tact
- Provide information about Ria Services to customers
- Resolve orders incidences working together with Customer Service department
- Great Communicating skill with customers and promoting Ria products and services

**Organization, Controls and Compliance**
- Organize the level of stocks and balance his/her own till quickly and without mistakes.
- Be present at the assigned counter position at all times when on duty to serve Customers.
- Keep the till ordered at all the times.
- Check daily all reports.
- Implement the Company established procedures to accomplish regulations, AML and Security in the Workplace

**Business orientation**
- Maximize daily foreign exchange revenues.
- Promote and sell pro-actively all products offered by the Company.
- Maximize cross-selling opportunities
- Analyzing market and initiating campaign to generate business and support the business numbers
- Should willing to go for extra mile to achieve goals
- Qualifications
We would like an individual to join our organization who has the following skills and abilities:
Minimum 6 months cash-handling experience is required.

Minimum High School Diploma.

Able to work retail working hours and weekends & public holidays on rotation basis.

Can make firm decision, have an analytical thinking and is able to problem solve.

Good communication skills and Computer typing Skill

One year of work experience in customer service and/or cashiers’ positions.

Customer Service and Commercial focused.

Proactive and takes initiative.

Good in data entry.
