Assistant Manager, Segment Marketing

The Segment Marketing team champion efforts to understand customers at a micro level, enabling us to consistently deliver creative and effective campaigns that drive relevant and thought-provoking conversations with each customer segment, and ultimately helping them reach a financial planning solution with us.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of different customer segments’ insights including their psychographics, behavioral and lifestyle traits, financial needs and gaps and in turn, help to generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
- Develop communication strategies and creative ideas for 360 campaigns, so as to strengthen brand affinity and drive conversions with target segments.
- Drive strategic projects that contribute to the study of customer segments which will in turn help to generate actionable insights.
- Manage segment marketing’s web content and ensure that the content is up to date and relevant, so that we will remain the default source of information for consumers when they search for insurance related information.
- Develop conversion-driven digital content that are customised for different customer segments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external creative and media agencies to execute and optimise campaigns and initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders through building strong relationships, networking and fostering cross functionality collaboration.
- Ability to independently and competently run multiple projects with a keen eye for details.
- Plan and manage budgets, timelines and stakeholder approvals across projects.
**Qualifications**
- Degree in marketing/communications or any related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing and executing brand/product campaigns
- Proven track record of strong project management skills, delivering projects within deadlines and budgets
- Ability to analyse data and consumer trends to understand the needs, wants and behaviours of customers, translating them into actionable inputs for the campaigns and activities
- Critical thinking and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are a must
