**The Client**: A leading global company in the healthcare industry

As the APAC Account Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of key accounts within the Asia-Pacific region. You will lead a team dedicated to developing and maintaining high-profile partnerships, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of service. Your leadership will guide the team in executing strategic initiatives, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and inspire a talented team, helping them grow through training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Manage daily team activities, set schedules, and ensure everyone is working towards our common goals.
- Develop and nurture high-profile partnerships, driving new business efforts with our key clients.
- Provide top-notch support to our clients, ensuring they receive the best service possible.
- Stay ahead of the game by conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform our strategies.
- Host regular meetings with senior management to understand their needs and align our efforts.
- Keep an eye on partnership performance and tackle any challenges that arise.
- Set a positive example and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate teams toward achieving strategic objectives.
- Proven experience in staffing, training, and performance management is highly desirable.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, with 5-8 years of relevant facilities management experience (a combination of education and experience will also be considered).
