Assistant Manager, Nhg Cares Allied Health

The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Executive Director/Deputy Director of NHG Allied Health to prioritize and implement strategies to achieve the goals and objectives for overall success of NHG Allied Health and NHG Cares Services. This include developing plans, coordinating the implementation, evaluating and scaling of the Allied Health care models in collaboration with Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) in ICOs, primary and community partners to anchor care in the community.
**Major Duties and Responsibilities**
- Formulate plans, initiatives and define key strategic outcomes to support the implementation of NHG Allied Health strategic workplans;
- Work with key stakeholders to map out Allied Health assets in the community, identify gaps, opportunities and build a network of AH services to serve the needs of the population;
- Collaborate with ICOs to co-create Allied Health service delivery models for implementation at Central North zones to support residents in primary and community;
- Provide operations and administrative support to facilitate all the activities of NHG Allied Health;
- Work with management and project teams to monitor implementation and evaluate outcomes;
- Prepare reports, presentations, papers and review material to support discussion and decision making to management and other key stakeholders;
**Job Requirements**
Education/Experience
- Good bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant working experience in healthcare sector
- Experience in facilitating discussions on care transformation / change.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management is preferred.
- Must possess strong administrative, budget management and project management skills.
- Strong written, analytical and communication skills.
