**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the procedures and standards, to help align the team with the strategic goals of the company
- Work with relevant stakeholders to deliver in-house training programmes
- Prepare training schedule and related training materials
- Conduct on-the-job training for team member
- Perform assessments of team member for development purposes and recommend development options.
- Conduct training needs analyses routines to enhance training programmes, trainer’s competency, and learner’s experience
- Participate in administrative staff meetings, workshops/seminars as necessary to represent department
- Follow up and measurement of contribution of training
- Manage and maintain up to date training data bases, records, and documentation to ensure proper tracking and reporting
- Adhere to company’s training policies and procedures
- Furnish training progress reports to L&D manager for reporting purposes to the management
- Work with relevant stakeholders to deliver in-house training programmesobjectives as required

**Requirements**:

- Organized, reliable, passionate, self-Motivated, communication skills, ability to multitask, plan and coordinate with strong presentation skills
- Competent and efficient in all station areas (Service & Kitchen) using prescribed Standard Operating Procedures
- Preferably experienced in field training/on-the-job training
- Independent and ability to work with minimum supervision in fast-paced environment
- Bilingualism
