This role requires strong understanding of the media landscape and relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of media, and the ability to arrange impactful media interviews.

**What You Will Do at Hela Labs?**
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR and Brand Partnership to enhance the company’s public image and visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists and influencers to ensure positive media coverage and brand representation.
- Identify and collaborate with Brand Partnership in the industry to promote our products and services.
- Build partnerships with KOLs
- Create compelling PR materials, including press releases, articles, and multimedia content, for distribution to the relevant media outlets.
- Arrange and coordinate media interviews, including preparing key spokespersons and facilitating interview sessions.
- Create and manage content calendars for the campaigns to ensure timely and widespread coverage.
- Conduct market research and analyse marketing data and report on the results.
- Track and measure the results of press releases and Brand Partnership campaigns.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in press release writing and distribution.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets and KOLs.
- Proficiency in PR tools and platforms for Social Media and Content marketing.
- Creative thinking and a strategic mindset with a deep knowledge of media dynamics for effective media coverage.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
