SAP Project Manager

Project & Delivery Management:
- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for the implementation of SAP Project Systems, from initial planning to post-implementation support.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, project management, finance, and business units, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, detailed work breakdown structures, and realistic timelines, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational strategies.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and testing of SAP Project Systems to meet business requirements, including integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and document project management process requirements, translating them into SAP system functionalities.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement activities, tracking and controlling project costs throughout the implementation.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues that may impact project scope, schedule, or quality; develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Provide regular project status updates, reports, and key performance indicators to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption and ensure successful implementation within the organization.
- Ensure compliance to company's Project Management policies and procedures. Deliver financial submissions and updates to sponsors and senior stakeholders in accordance with capital management processes.
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- 8 years of experience in project management, particularly in SAP implementations and project systems.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address complex problems effectively.
- Familiarity with change management strategies to drive successful user adoption.
