**Job Description**:
As a NetSuite Customer Success Intern, you will be joining our Customer Success / Implementation team to support and learn from our experienced consultants who specialise in providing NetSuite implementation and project go lives to our clients.
In this role, you will work closely with the team to gain hands-on experience with NetSuite solutions and learn leading practices in implementation consulting.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Participate in training sessions to learn about NetSuite features and capabilities.
2. Gain understanding of the architecture and technology of a native cloud ERP.
3. Set up and configure business flows (eg Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, etc), and be able to demonstrate how that works in the system
4. May participate in NetSuite technical training to learn scripting and shadow with technical lead to assist in project or in quality assurance and documentation of the scripts.
5. Documentation of project documents as per the guidance of Project Manager
6. Shadowing the implementation team in personalization and walkthrough sessions and understand the Suite Success process.
**Requirements**:
1. Currently pursuing a polytechnic diploma in Business, Accounting, or Information Systems.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
