Roles & Responsibilities

**Job description**:

- Creation of business plans for the vendor product group and associated services.
- Development and implementation of sales enablement programs for partners.
- Ensure that the technical sales support teams are appropriately trained to support the relevant product groups.
- Development and implementation of marketing programs to support product group objectives.
- Creation of joint initiatives with our vendor and business partners.
- Responsible for effective planning, including inventory turns, inventory fulfillment and inventory obsolescence minimisation.
- Implementation of business plans that achieve agreed vendor revenue targets and generate the planned profit outcomes.
- Achievement of revenue plans by brand and by market segment.
- Exceptional communication skills and able to work with the principal, sales and implementation resources to win businesses.
- Able to lead sales engagement with C-level executives, CFO and Finance Directors to conduct lead qualification, discovery, demo session and provide proposal.
- Responsible for working with internal account managers and sales executives, providing sales/pre-sales support to qualify, sell, demo and close NetSuite solution sales.
- Responsible for managing channel partners providing enablement to qualify, sell, demo and close NetSuite solution sales.
- Conduct weekly Sales forecast with internal sales, channel partner sales and principal channel management.
**Requirement**
Sales experience working in System Integrator/IT Distributor environment preferably
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software
- Proven business and negotiation skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to work as a team/individual
- Able to thrive in high pressure/demand settings
