Applications are invited for the following full-time position in the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health:
Job Title: Research Assistant for Participatory Action Research Project Implementation

Project: Seniors Action for Greater Empowerment (SAGE) Programme
Responsibilities:

- Conduct quantitative data analysis, from descriptive to predictive analytics, using software such as Stata, R, or SPSS.
- Assist in mixed-methods research and program evaluations.
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation.
- Manage project administration, including tracking milestones, budgets, and service contracts with key partners.
- Write progress reports for donors, synthesizing inputs from the team.
- Coordinate and organize community events.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the SAGE programme.
Qualifications:

- Degree with training in public health, social sciences, health communication
- Trained in conducting quantitative data analysis and/or mixed-methods research
- Familiarity or experience of working with older people
Desirable Skills:

- Experience or knowledge of program evaluation and qualitative research
- Experience of working with community-based organisations
- Experience in working with survey companies and data collection teams to coordinate longitudinal data collection
- Strong interpersonal skills for negotiating with project partners and managing deliverables.
- Proficiency in project management, budget tracking
