XCL World Academy has a vacancy for a **Camps & ECA Executive **who will be supporting the Head of Camps and ECA to ensure all programmes are run smoothly and efficiently.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with employees and vendors to plan out ECAs at XCL World Academy.
- Data input and generating reports for ECA bookings.
- Working closely and coordinating with the Transport Company to ensure running of bus service during camps and ECAs.
- Assisting Head of Camps and ECAs in planning and executing ECAs.
- Managing enquiries and bookings for camps.
- Creating and managing google forms for all ECA and camp bookings.
- Managing all invoices for all camps and ensuring payments are up to date.
- Able to positively contribute to other projects and other works or other administrative or ad hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Camps and ECA.
- In charge of record keeping for camp and ECA bookings.

**Person Specifications**:

- Minimum Diploma in Administration or in other related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or working experience in an international school.
- Organised, proactive and solution-focused to manage administrative duties in a timely and organised manner.
- Demonstrate the ability to work well in teams and creates a positive relationship with all members of the school community.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English language capacity to articulate and collaborate with different stakeholders effectively.
- Flexible, adaptable, and a quick learner.
- Attention to detail with good follow-up skills in ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Able to multitask and handle competing priorities.
