**What you will do**:
Supervises customer operation related activities, ensuring accurate, prompt, and efficient order management processes throughout the order life cycle. Leading the team to review sales contract, coordinates with plant on inventory and delivery management. Monitors order release and order implementation process. Provides sales analysis and report to management.

**How you will do it**:

- Strong fundamental knowledge of HVAC system and equipment.
- Strong project management experience and skills with contractual knowledge
- Leading a team of HVAC engineers to achieve year on year P&L growth
- Liaise with Sale Team to coordinate HVAC equipment selection and ordering.
- Re-Selection of equipment base on customer’s requirement.
- Place order with Factory upon design approval.
- Updating and follow-up customer change order, ensure comments from consultant and clients are follow-up proactively
- Liaising with different stakeholders (Factory, Forwarder, Customer, Sub-Contractors) to ensure smooth deliver of equipment to site.
- Resolving Technical Issue with customer onsite.
- Project Documentation, ensuring receipt of relevant certification, correspondence, documents, drawings, and financial records.
- Revenue & Billing Forecast
- Monitor working practices, managing contractors and reporting lack of compliance to your line manager
- Able to go site to perform site detail measurement.
- Improve Internal Process.
- Conduct/monitor internal meeting with peers to ensure all project activities are align.

**What we look for**:

- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or relevant certifications
- Good understanding of HVAC equipment, system and operation.
- Experience in 2D/3D modeling of HVAC equipment, Piping, Ducting & Chiller Plant layout.
- Drafting experience such as AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks will be advantageous
- Managing project P&L to ensure all project balance sheet.
- Provide training, education and share relevant work experience to peers.
- Ability to multitask at work on fast paced environment.
- Effective communication skills in the workplace liaise with customer & factory.
