**Based in Singapore**, help to build the most beloved Smile Cosmetics Consumer Brand and scale our Consumer Products business in both online and offline footprints.
Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and armed with a strong sales focus and partner management skills, you will directly report to our Head of Consumer Products (SG, MY, ID) to ensure our business continues on its rapid growth trajectory.
Take charge of managing our key distribution channels for our consumer products business. Own growth on E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada), drive expansion into offline retail channels, and coordinate distribution growth planning across various innovation channels and strategic partnerships.

**We are looking for an ambitious individual to**:
- Drive growth across 3rd-Party eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada) and scale our portfolio of award-winning Smile Cosmetics products (electric toothbrush, teeth whitening, toothpaste)
- Expand into modern-trade and other offline retail channels
- Manage daily communication and deepen the relationship with our most important distribution partners
- Own monthly channel-level sufficiency planning and ensure we hit our ambitious growth and profitability targets.
- Plan and coordinate major marketing campaigns and product launches together with our distribution partners and Brand team
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and with a team of KAMs across Asia to share market trends and best practices
**You're a fit for this role, if you have**:
- 2+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Brand Management, Retail, or Ecommerce in FMCG or similar corporations
- Experience in managing E-commerce platform operations and growth
- Experience in managing Modern-trade retail channels
- Strong ownership, excellent partnership management, and communication skills
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint or G-Suite
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Understand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coachability and bring both to the table
