**About us**

We are looking for an experienced Event & Marketing Operations Manager to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the overall in-charge of all events related activities
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with Media Sales & Brand team to craft client campaign, and manage end to end marketing of projects
- Work with Agent Sales & Brand team to create monthly campaigns and oversee the full marketing process
- Create marketing proposals, inclusive of (but not limited to) timelines, budgets, venues, & manpower planning
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution
- Collaborate with external partners to execute joint marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and product usage
- Support guerilla and brand marketing campaigns as a driving force to create impact
- Partner with Brand team to drive all pre and post-marketing for all campaigns
- Engage pre and post-campaign evaluations and reporting, with improvement plans for subsequent campaigns
- Work closely with the Brand team to ensure brand consistency across all campaign touchpoints
- Facilitate scaling of the brand via online and offline campaigns, including (but not limited to) events
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing copy via tone, voice and terminology
- Work alongside Brand & Marketing team for ad-hoc responsibilities or projects needed in the continuous growth of the overall brand

**Qualifications**:

- Has at least 3 years of experience in event or project management
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Has a strong growth-hack mindset and is relentlessly resourceful
- Has strong interpersonal skills and is able to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Is organised and can keep to given deadlines
- Is able to work with tight deadlines
- Extra bonus points if you’re familiar with the property scene

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
