This role will be entirely based remotely and can be located in Singapore,Malaysia and India.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with APAC FTAP leadership and Future of Energy business development to develop and implement the growth strategy to outperform market growth
- Achieve order and sales goals for the EPC market in APAC and directly lead select major accounts
- Mentor and lead sales team on accurate sales planning and execution through CRM tools, daily management, Pall commercial standard work, risk assessments, and sales action plans and opportunity plans
- Meet management reporting requirements including orders, sales, and margin forecasts, monthly/quarterly sales updates, pricing, new product revenue
- Responsible for talent management to ensure engagement and the continued development of direct reports.
- Responsible for growth and expansion of $10M+ EPC direct sales and profit margins.
- Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/chemical engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in capital sales and account management in the Upstream and Downstream markets.
- Experience with strategic selling to large global, regional and/or in country EPCs, EPCMs, Technology houses, integrators & fabricators.
- Good understanding of filtration / separation technology (water, air, fuel, hydraulic).
- Organisational change experience.
- Prepared to travel often (40%) in other countries
